Mackerel

Mackerel is a pelagic, fast-swimming fish that moves in large

shoals. Mackerel does not have a swim bladder, meaning it

must always be in motion so that enough oxygenated water can

flow through its gills. Due to changes in the temperature of the

ocean, mackerel has altered its migration pattern and is now

also found in Arctic waters. Rich in omega-3 acids, mackerel

makes the top list of healthy products.
